How Do I Place An Order?
To place an order, you must purchase a mould kit.
You will then choose the gold teeth you want.
You can do this via an appointment or through our online store.
The mould kit is to make an impression of your teeth to begin the process.
Please note, your order for a tooth will not be processed if you haven’t purchased a mould kit.
Payment and Shipping
Once we receive the full payment we will then issue your mould kit.
Your item will be processed and shipped after 24 hours of receiving the payment. All items are posted first class and you should receive them the next day, for any orders placed on Sundays or public holidays your item will be posted the next working day.
Once an order has been placed you will be issued with a tracking number.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
To secure your order, you must place it within 20 minutes.
After this time your cart will expire and you must follow the process to place it again.
Using our secure ordering system, you will be able to purchase items via debit cards, credit cards and PayPal.
Cancellations & Refunds information
We hope you are happy with your order, however you do have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours.
After 24 hours your mould kit will be shipped out to you and the process will begin, therefore you won’t be able to cancel it after this time.
If you do wish to cancel, the money will be sent back to you within 3-5 workings days.
Due to all of our items being custom made refunds are not eligible.
